Curious 1935 Hudson Half, MS66
1935 50C Hudson MS66 PCGS. A satiny and sharply struck example. Splendidly preserved and desirable. The low mintage Hudson is a stopper to a silver commemorative type set. One of the more curious types within the commemorative series, the obverse depicts Neptune riding a whale while facing backward; his emergence from the depths proclaimed by a mermaid blowing a seashell.
