1936 50C Albany MS68 NGC. A total of 17,671 Albany
commemorative half dollars were distributed, celebrating the 250th
anniversary of the capital of New York's charter. Only 15 grading
events are listed in MS68 at NGC and PCGS combined, with none
numerically higher. It is entirely likely that those figures
include a few resubmissions or crossovers. This example is almost
fully toned in crimson, golden-orange, and violet patina with
occasional green accents. The underlying surfaces are pristine.
