Description
1936 50C Cincinnati MS64 Prooflike NGC. Strongly reflective with a touch of cartwheel luster on the obverse and a distinct halo effect on the reverse. Both sides are largely brilliant. NGC has graded just two Prooflike examples of this issue, both in MS64 (10/09).From The Jerry Bagne Collection of Prooflike Commemoratives.
