Description
1938 50C Arkansas MS66 PCGS. By 1938, the distributors of the Arkansas halves were pandering to a collapsed market, and the net mintage for the Philadelphia issue amounted to just 3,156 pieces. This silver-gray Premium Gem has soft luster, pleasing detail, and a thin band of orange patina at the obverse and reverse rims.
