Colorful 1938 New Rochelle Commemorative, MS67 PCGS
1938 50C New Rochelle MS67 PCGS. This lovely commemorative has a mix of yellow-gold, burnt-orange, olive, and light green toning on the obverse, and deep lilac, sea-green, orange-gold, and crimson "tab" toning on the reverse.
