Under 4,000 Sold of Each Mint
1938 50C Texas PDS Set MS67 NGC. CAC. Includes: 1938,
matte-like centers with champagne peripheries; 1938-D,
silver surfaces with splashes of blue-steel and russet,
particularly on the reverse; 1938-S, matte-like silver with
whispers of peripheral russet-brown. This was the last year of
issue for this five-year commemorative series, which saw initial
strong interest dwindle to the vanishing point, with distributions
