Description
1946-D 50C Booker T. Washington MS67 NGC. This issue is common in Gem condition, but incredibly scarce in Superb Gem levels of preservation. A handful of pieces have been graded Mint State 67 and only two finer specimens of this date have graded finer at either NGC or PCGS. A faint golden patina hugs the rims of the obverse while the reverse is evenly awash in gunmetal gray patina.
