Description
1946-D Booker T. Washington Half, MS67
One-of-a Kind Iridescent Toning
1946-D 50C Booker T. Washington MS67 PCGS. Both Booker T.
Washington and Washington-Carver halves are well-known condition
rarities. The obverse of each is usually seen with numerous small
abrasions, thus preventing most from achieving higher grades.
However, this coin is not only extraordinarily clean but it also
has the most incredible multicolored toning we can remember seeing
on this type. Vivid rose, emerald-green, yellow, and gray colors
are splashed over each side of this fabulous coin. There are 25
other 1946-D BTW halves in this grade, but none can equal the
richness of color seen on this coin. Check it out.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYJT, PCGS# 9405, GSID# 10268)
