1951-D 50C Booker T. Washington MS67 NGC. A shining Superb Gem example of this final-year BTW half, toned gold to orange at the obverse margins with paler canary-yellow at the peripheral reverse. Silver centers host well-defined devices, and Washington's portrait shows surprisingly little planchet roughness.
