Description
Exceptional Bridgeport Half, MS 66
1936 Bridgeport MS 66 PCGS. Another pristine commemorative half from the Louis Joseph collection. This piece also possesses near-flawless surfaces with vibrant mint luster. The mint bloom gives way to a faint shading of silvery-blue with an accent of russet around the rims. Fully struck, even down to the tiny hair strands on Barnum's head, detail that is normally not visible on most examples of this type.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYG9, PCGS# 9279, GSID# 10266)
