    Peripherally Toned 1936 York Half MS68

    1936 50C York MS68 PCGS. Blushes of deep orange and apple-green frequent the borders of this highly lustrous and penetratingly struck silver commemorative. The fields are immaculate, and the grade is only limited by faint contact on the county seal. The second of three Maine commemorative types, preceded by the 1920 Maine half and succeeded by the 2003 Maine state quarter.
