    1938 SET Arkansas PDS Set MS64 and MS65, PCGS and NGC. This set includes: 1938 MS65 NGC, well struck and expertly preserved, with a few small ticks and some charcoal-gray rim toning on the obverse; 1938-D MS64 PCGS, sharply struck and brilliant, with smooth, lustrous surfaces, there are several minor luster grazes on the obverse, the reverse seems almost untouched; 1938-S MS64 PCGS, uneven russet-orange and green colors cover most of the obverse, which has a small number of slight to moderate contact marks, the reverse is satiny and seemingly pristine, with a couple of dark-russet toning spots on the lower half.
