    Description

    1939 SET Arkansas PDS Set MS64 and MS65 PCGS. Housed in green PCGS holders, this set includes: 1939 MS64, a satiny example with olive color and a few small marks; 1939-D MS64, the bright, well struck surfaces have some russet spots and streaks on each side, and several minor blemishes on the obverse; and a 1939-S MS65, sharply struck and well preserved, with very slight peripheral patina, and two or three trivial surface abrasions.
