Description
Lot of Two 1936 50C Delaware Half Dollars, MS66 PCGS. The coins are individually holdered with consecutive certification numbers. Both are champagne-brilliant with well-struck design elements. Tab toning appears on one side of each coin. These coins were originally purchased together, and they are accompanied by the original distribution holder and Delaware Swedish Tercentenary Commission mailing envelope. The envelope and holder are in excellent condition. The Jewell Collection cataloger noted that the original owner "carefully preserved everything."Ex: The Richard Jewell Collection (American Numismatic Rarities, 3/2005), lot 44.
