Description
1923-S Monroe MS 65 NGC. A gem condition rarity in the commemorative series, Monroes are usually seen with numerous small marks peppering the main devices. This piece is above average, with only a few minute marks seen through the light silver-gray toning. Iridescent sea-green and brown-gold hues are scattered about the rims. Scarce this nice, and worthy of strong consideration.
