Description
1923-S Monroe MS 65 NGC. Superb, frosted mint luster characterizes this solid gem Monroe. Nearly brilliant, and very flashy, when closely examined one notices a bit of light gray patina, especially on the obverse. Flipping from one side to the other and back again does not reveal any blemishes of significance. Exceptional quality.
