1923-S Monroe MS 65 NGC. Superb, frosted mint luster characterizes this solid gem Monroe. Partially brilliant, and very flashy, one notices a bit of russet-brown patina, especially on the obverse. Flipping from one side to the other and back again does not reveal any blemishes of significance. Exceptional quality.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYH4, PCGS# 9333, GSID# 10331)
