Description
1937 Arkansas PDS Set PCGS. The P-mint is a 65, the D-mint a 63, and the S-mint 64. This set, like the Cincinnati set listed later, was purchased by Harold Kritzman from a man who originally bought them from an advertiser in a New York newspaper in the year of issue. Very light in color. Also included are: 1893 Columbian MS 64, deeply toned; 1915-S Panama-Pacific half MS 60, even gray patina and satiny, this piece came out of an original three-piece "short set" that also included the gold dollar and quarter eagle which are listed elsewhere in the sale; and a 1926 Sesquicentennial half MS 64, bright mint luster. All are PCGS encapsulated.
