Splendidly Toned 1927 Vermont
1927 Vermont MS 66 PCGS. Struck to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Bennington. This is a highly lustrous example of this scarce and popular commemorative half. Both sides are covered with subtle gradations of color that include icy-blue, golden, rose, and jade-green. A darker spot of color is noted on the front of Allen's collar.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYJR, PCGS# 9401, GSID# 10387)
