    Austria 1859-A Gold Ducat, Counterstamped. A gold ducat, Krause catalog number KM-2263, struck in .9860 gold with an actual gold weight of 0.1106 oz and weighing 3.4909 gm. There is a small counterstamp below the bust of Franz Joseph that appears to be a jeweler's counterstamp (a sword within a wreath). Current market value is approximately $125-$175.
