Description
1882 $10 Brown Back, Fr-479, XF Minor Damage, The First National Bank of Springfield, OH, Charter #238. Once mounted with adhesive at the corners and slightly brittle from exposure to light, resulting in edge splits at the quarter folds. We also note a few thins here and there along the margins and a small tear in the upper left corner. These problems aside, a richly colored, minimally worn brown back.
