1928 $1 Silver Certificate Sheet, Fr-1600, Choice CU. While the $1 Silver certificate sheets are thought of as the most common type, this only applies to the 1935 and later series. All of the 1928 series sheets are quite scarce with only about 50 pieces known for the series from 1928 to 1928-E. The present sheet is one of 14 recorded by Oakes, although his listing contains an error and should read A00000121A-A00000132A. Graded Choice CU, This sheet could be called gem by many as it has only the barest touch of handling apparent.
