Description
1935 D $1 Silver Certificate AU, faulty alignment of the back in relation to a normally centered front, early Silver Certificate errors are quite scarce compared to Federal Reserve Notes; 1969 D $1 Federal Reserve Note Gem CU, faulty alignment with top border of adjacent note at bottom; 1988 A $1 Federal Reserve Note Choice CU, a pseudo "faulty alignment" as the note is nearly 1/4" oversize and appears to have been cut from a BEP issued sheet; and a 1988 $1 Federal Reserve Note Choice CU, faulty and somewhat slanted alignment of the back, the front is perfectly centered and appears quite normal, this note displays a fairly dramatic shift and includes the top 1/8" of the lower note design.
