Description
Two $20 Bills in One from Misalignment
1990 $20 Federal Reserve Note CU, the ultimate in a misaligned horizontal cut, this note (?) has two different serial numbers and nearly equal portions of two different notes, leaving one wondering how something as obvious as this could escape the sharp-eyed inspectors at the BEP...Lunch anyone?; 1985 $20 Federal Reserve Note Choice CU, large printed fold, folded after a normal first and second printing leaving the seal and serial number on the back and, when unfolded, the entire upper left portion of the note is missing; and a 1969 C $20 Federal Reserve Note CU, large foldover before the third printing that, when cut, left behind a large chunk of the selvage with the plate number, a small piece missing at the top center, and two staple holes.Auction Info
