Description
Series 481 Military Payment Certificates. Schwan-831, 832, 833, 834, and 835. All notes grade Choice to Gem CU. This series marks a departure from the plainer, earlier issues and incorporates a vignette of Mechanics on all denominations. Issued in June, 1951 and withdrawn in May, 1954. This set also lacks the $5 and $10 denominations to be complete.
