Albert von Wallenstein gold Medal of 10 Ducats 1934 MS62 NGC, 35mm, 33.71 g. Commemorating the 300th Anniversary of Wallenstein's Death. Obv. ALBERTVS D G DVX MEGA FRID ET SAG PRIN VAN, bust facing slightly right, wearing mantum. Rev. IN MEMORIAM NECIS DVCIS MAGNI 25 II 1634, crowned coat-of-arms. An exceptionally lustrous and brilliant medallic issue, exhibiting an enchanting radiance and light golden-orange tone. Some minor hairlines and cabinet friction, but an impressive and imposing portrait of the military leader. Seldom encountered in gold, this is the first example of the type which we have offered.Metal: Gold
