    Description

Frederik III Speciedaler 1661-HK MS63 NGC, KM212, Dav-3546, Hede-57A. Two-year type. Superb detail remains over the surfaces and the overall eye-appeal is nothing short of world-class for the issue, with gray-toned centers that showcase attractive luster and legends that are highlighted in vibrant hues of green, gold maroon and blue patina. The only example of the date thus far graded by NGC (with the only other graded example of the type being the previous lot) and absolutely the finest example that has appeared in online archived auction records.
