1797 10C 16 Stars--Scratched, Improperly Cleaned--NCS. Fine Details. JR-1, R.4. This cream-gray example has bold legends, and the eagle's wings display more than half their feather detail. A small curved clip at 3:30 is of mint origin. Dull from a chemical cleaning, and both sides exhibit several pinscratches.(Registry values: P7)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27CW, PCGS# 4462, GSID# 3958)
