1802 10C --Damaged, Improperly Cleaned--NCS. Fine Details. JR-2, R.5. A very scarce variety identified by the wide separation between STATES and OF. Deeply toned steel-gray, sea-green, and tan. The reverse is well detailed and pleasing aside from damage to the R in AMERICA. The obverse is scraped near the profile with scratches near the date and star 4.(Registry values: P7)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 236K, PCGS# 4472, GSID# 3964)
