1803 JR-3 Dime, VF25
Very Scarce Date

1803 10C JR-3, R.4, VF25 PCGS. CAC. Although five die pairs of 1803 dimes are known, all are very scarce to rare. The Guide Book mintage states just 33,040 pieces were produced. The present example has lavender fields and cream-gray high points. Marks are minor for the grade though we note a faint thin vertical line on the portrait.
