1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Three Leaves, B-5, BB-27, R.1 -- Cleaned

Bowers Die State II. The diagnostic straight die line (or bar) that
identifies the B-5, BB-27 Three Leaves variety is readily apparent
on this Flowing Hair dollar that displays smoothly worn VF
sharpness. PCGS notes the coin is Cleaned but there are no
distracting hairlines. Some subtle iridescence exists beneath the
golden-gray toning that may indicate a light cleaning. In all other
regards this is a pleasing early dollar with bold rims and only a
few faint abrasions. There are no adjustment marks.From The Peh Family Collection.
