1795 Flowing Hair Dollar, Fine 15
    Two Leaves, B-1, BB-21

1795 $1 Flowing Hair, Two Leaves, B-1, BB-21, R.2, Fine 15 PCGS. Bowers Die State I. Pickup points include a pointed bust, star 1 touching the lowest curl, berries arranged 9x10, and the berry under the right foot of A(MERICA). This is the secondmost available variety of the 1795 Flowing Hair dollar after BB-27. Although this piece has seen its fair share of circulation over the years, it retains good detail throughout with a strong portrait, bold stars, and clear legends. The obverse is sharper overall than the reverse. Each side shows a blend of light and dark gray patina and scattered marks, including a few small digs near the central reverse.
