Scarce 1798 Large Eagle Silver Dollar XF45 Details
1798 $1 Large Eagle--Corroded, Cleaned--ANACS. XF45 Details. B-25, BB-123, R.4. Bowers-Borckardt Die State III. Obverse die cracks. Blundered stars reverse. Well centered and well struck, except for noticeable weakness on the eagle's head and breast feathers. Evenly worn across each side. Rim damage is noted between 6 and 7 o'clock on the obverse. A few minor blemishes are observed, as expected for a lightly circulated example.(Registry values: N1793)
