1798 $1 Large Eagle, Pointed 9 VF35 ANACS. B-12, BB-120, R.4. A scarce Bolender variety identified by a repunched obverse star 10 and a slender die crack through the ST in STATES to the rim. Contact marks include a slight reverse rim ding at 2 o'clock and a tick on the neck, but the cream-gray surfaces are otherwise surprisingly unabraded.(Registry values: N1793)
