12 Arrows Variety, B-17, BB-196
1800 $1 12 Arrows, B-17, BB-196, R.1, VF25 PCGS. Bowers Die
State III. The 12 Arrows variety of the 1800 Bust dollar is the
only reverse of the date to have 12 arrows. Apart from the rare Die
State I, this variety also features an interesting heavy clash mark
that resembles a collar, located on the obverse starting at the
lower neck. Medium gray fields darken to handsome slate gray hues
towards the peripheries. This well centered and fully struck
example has good design definition throughout. Even wear with
grade-consistent minor marks. Housed in a Generation 3.1 PCGS green
