Bowers-Borckardt Die State IV, with advanced die cracks, described
as Rare in that reference. A single reverse die was used to create
the two AMERICAI varieties, with a stray field line following the
final A. Both sides exhibit deep blue-gray toning, lighter on the
central devices, with light silver luster outlining the peripheral
details. Inoffensive marks are visible on each side.
