PCGS 30th Anniversary Holder
1799 $1 7x6 Stars, B-12, BB-160, R.3, VF30 PCGS. Bowers Die
State I. Silver surfaces contain splashes of orange, steel-blue,
and russet-brown. A patch of adjustment marks are hidden in the
reverse stars. Strike is strong and wear is appropriate for the
grade. Housed in a PCGS 30th Anniversary holder. The BB-160 die
marriage is of medium rarity for the year, identified by the broken
upper left corner of U in UNITED, the second T in STATES over the
left half of a cloud, S7 close to L, and S8 far from Y.From The Bob Hastings Collection.
