1800 $10 AU58 PCGS. CAC. Breen-6842, Taraszka-23, BD-1, High R.3. Only a single die combination is known of this issue. The combination of its 19th-century date and relative availability makes it a popular choice in high grades for gold type sets. Only light high-point rub divides this piece from a Mint State grade. The orange-yellow surfaces show no adjustment marks or singular abrasions on either side, which together with the bold strike make for a piece with loads of eye appeal.
