Popular LIBEKTY Variety
1800 H10C LIBEKTY, V-2, LM-3, R.4, VF30 PCGS. This evenly
struck, lightly circulated Draped Bust half dime exhibits complete
border dentils around each side, with moderate detail on the
portrait of Liberty. Die buckling on the reverse produces a weak
point to the left of the eagle's head, but the remainder of the
central device is well-struck. Steel-gray surfaces yield overtones
of olive, amber, and pale violet.Ex: New York Signature (Heritage, 10-11/2015), lot 4049.
