    1800 Half Dime, VF20, V-1, LM-1
    Attractive Patina

1800 H10C VF20 PCGS. CAC. V-1, LM-1, R.3. Early Die State. Of the four known die marriages for 1800 half dimes, LM-1 is one of the more frequently encountered. This mid-grade representative displays original bluish-gray patina with lighter gray accents on the high points of the design. The coin is evenly struck with strong detail remaining on the central devices and around most of the borders, though some minor softness is seen near 1 o'clock on the reverse. Some faint adjustment marks are noted on the obverse portrait, but are hardly detectable to the unaided eye. A very pleasing example of this early Bust half dime type, encapsulated in an old green label holder.(Registry values: P5) (NGC ID# 2326, PCGS# 4264)

    Weight: 1.35 grams

    Metal: 89.24% Silver, 10.76% Copper
