    Description

1801 H10C V-1, LM-2, R.4 -- Cleaned -- NGC Details. VF. This is an early die state example without the break down from the Y in LIBERTY. Central detail is good, while the borders are marginally softer. A small planchet defect appears behind Liberty's hair ribbon, and the steel-gray surfaces are muted from cleaning.
