Bold Central Definition
1794 50C O-101a, T-7, High R.3, Fine 12 NGC. A good date
coin or first-year Flowing Hair type representative, this midgrade
circulated O-101a half dollar features glossy surfaces with
irregular golden and sea-green coloration. The rims are bold, and
the borders legends are plain. The central devices show good
definition, including partial feather detail on the eagle. The
largest of Liberty's hair curls are defined.From The Terry Brand Estate, Part III
