1795/1795 50C -- Improperly Cleaned -- NGC Details. Fine. O-112, R.4. The date was initially entered too low, then repunched without any attempt to efface the prior digits. Chestnut-gold toning visits moderately hairlined slate surfaces. Minor marks are noted beneath the beak and the left (facing) wing. A late die state with clash marks above the eagle and a heavy crack near the R in LIBERTY.Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 6055, Greysheet# 6226)
