Choice Fine 1801 Half, O-101
1801 50C Fine 15 ANACS. O-101, R.3. Dove-gray devices accompany striated slate-gray fields. All letters in E PLURIBUS UNUM are at least partly legible, and the only mentionable abrasions are two thin marks on the right obverse field. Just two 1801 die pairings are known, and the other variety is even scarcer than O-101.(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24ED, PCGS# 6064, GSID# 6128)
