Lovely 1802 O-101 Half, VF35
1802 50C VF35 PCGS. CAC. O-101, R.3. The 1801 and 1802 half dollars, the first two years of the Heraldic Eagle reverse design, are both low mintage issues that are elusive in high grades. Mint records indicate a production of only 30,289 of the former, and 29,890 of the latter. This wonderful piece has pale blue, heather, and gold toning with exceptional surfaces.
