1806 MS 62 NGC. Pointed 6, Stem Through Claw. O-118, R.4. A very pleasing, mint state example of this popular early type half-dollar. Both sides are very well defined, save for a small area in the left-center of the reverse. Dark gray toning combines with rose-gold and gunmetal-blue highlights to give this piece a fully original appearance. A very difficult coin to find in this grade and seldom offered for sale. Population: 5 in 62, 10 finer.
