Stars 11, 12, and Y are all extremely close or touching. The reverse has a leaf in the wreath that joins the final S in STATES. This piece has vivid green and rose surfaces with a small crescent-shaped mark across the lower edge of the drapery above the 79. Both sides have additional surface marks are other blemishes. Additional surface marks are present on the obverse and reverse, but the overall eye appeal is excellent.(Registry values: P5)
