1795 $5 Small Eagle--Plugged, Repaired--NGC. AU Details. Breen-6413, BD-4, R.5. Holed above the cap and now plugged and tooled to preserve the overall appearance. Both sides still retain slight full, uninterrupted design features and bright green-gold surfaces. Despite its issues, this is an attractive first-year gold half eagle.(Registry values: P5)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25ND, PCGS# 8066, GSID# 8791)
