1799 $5 Small Stars Reverse AU50 PCGS. Breen-6434, B. 2-B, Miller-33, R.5. Although nine marriages are known for 1799 Half Eagles, all of them are rare and the date is much tougher than those of the same type from 1800 to 1807. Miller-33 is noted for its balanced distribution of small stars on the reverse, which has a series of lengthy die cracks, as produced. The centers are typically struck, but rich honey-gold luster accompanies protected areas and no noticeable marks are present.
