    1807 $2 1/2 -- Obverse Repaired -- NGC Details. AU. BD-1, R.3. Bass-Dannreuther Die State a/b. Only 6,812 quarter eagles were struck in 1807, with a single die variety known for the date. This lustrous orange-gold specimen exhibits sharply detailed design elements and many parallel striations in the obverse field.
